Organizational Culture Survey
|
|
Organizational members rate concepts
|
This workshop is appropriate when an organization as a whole, or in part, wishes
to look at issues associated with organizational culture in order to assess the
current culture and determine where changes need to be made in order to be more
effective in the future. Information obtained from this survey is also appropriate
in establishing an organizational context around which individuals, teams, and departments
can focus their change efforts.
The survey results are intended for examination and discussion with respondents
in a meeting or workshop setting. The data can be used alone, or in conjunction
with a strategic planning meeting, ranging from several hours to several days.
