Leadership for Effective Teamwork (Lead 3)
|
|
Self-ratings of leadership concepts and team members; ratings from others on self
|
This survey for individual development may be used either for working with an individual
for coaching/counseling, or with a group of individuals from differing work units
or organizations. Individuals examine their motivations for leadership and teamwork,
explore the dynamics of their work group, and receive feedback from co-workers on
their perceived effectiveness.
The survey results are intended for discussion and examination either individually,
in several sessions, or in a workshop setting lasting from one to three days.
