Members of a group analyze the values shown in their team under varied conditions and plan changes to enhance their teamwork and productivity.

Leadership for Effective Teamwork

Individuals receive feedback from co-workers, analyze the values shown by members of their work group, as well as their own motivations for leadership, and plan changes to enhance their leadership effectiveness and the teamwork and productivity of their group.

Leading Diverse Groups (Lead 1)

This survey may be used either for working with an individual for coaching/counseling, or with a group of individuals from differing work units or organizations. The focus of this program is on the individual as a member of a team. Individuals will examine their personal motivations for team membership and leadership, as well as their perceptions of co-workers and how they might work more effectively together.

The survey results are intended for discussion and examination either individually, in several sessions, or in a workshop setting lasting from several hours to a day.

Your Leadership Profile (Lead 2)

This survey may be used either for working with an individual for coaching/counseling, or with a group of individuals from differing work units or organizations. The focus of this program is on interpersonal effectiveness. The materials enable the participant to examine his/her attitudes and beliefs about team leadership and membership, as well as receive in-depth feedback from co-workers on his/her perceived team and leadership effectiveness.

The survey results are intended for discussion and examination either individually or in a workshop setting lasting from four (4) hours to two days.

Individuals examine their motivations for leadership and teamwork, explore the dynamics of their work group, and receive feedback from co-workers on their perceived effectiveness.

The survey results are intended for discussion and examination either individually, in several sessions, or in a workshop setting lasting from one to three days.
