This survey may be used either for working with an individual for coaching/counseling, or with a group of individuals from differing work units or organizations. The focus of this program is on the individual as a member of a team. Individuals will examine their personal motivations for team membership and leadership, as well as their perceptions of co-workers and how they might work more effectively together. The survey results are intended for discussion and examination either individually, in several sessions, or in a workshop setting lasting from several hours to a day. |
