Leadership and Membership in Teams (Lead/Team)

This survey may be used either for coaching/counseling,
or working with a group of individuals from differing
work units or organizations. The focus is simultaneously
on the individual and his/her leadership effectiveness,
and the effectiveness of the team as members interact
as a group when they are together. Individuals examine
their self-perception and assumptions about the team,
and receive feedback on their own and the team’s perceived
effectiveness.
The survey results are meant to serve as anchors in developing
both a personal as well as a team plan for needed future change.
The intention is that after working individually with a coach,
or in a workshop setting lasting several days, participants would
first plan and then facilitate a meeting with co-workers to discuss
possible future action plans and development needs.
