Overview The SYMLOG ( SYstematic Multiple Level Observation of Groups) system brings together the key evaluative elements of several behavioral theories into one concise instrument, for a comprehensive method of group analysis. Linked to microcomputer technology, the SYMLOG rating forms produce highly sophisticated yet practical analyses of group and individual behavior.

This workshop focuses on the theory of Dr. Robert F. Bales and on practical methods for looking at: individual differences, group dynamics, organizational processes, person/position fit, and the influences of organizational culture on management needs. It puts into the hands of organization development consultants a powerful tool for systematic data collection, analysis, and feedback.
