Integrity, Trust, and Ethical Behavior

Our colleague, Rob Williams, at the Fanning Institute continues to report a fascinating set of findings in his research.   Abstract  /  Presentation

These findings include repeated measures that consistently rank-order Integrity and Trust, and Ethics and Values, at the very top of a list of skills and competencies participants in his leadership programs see as required to be successful.

We in SYMLOG have studied and promoted Individual and Organizational Values associated with effective leadership, teamwork, and organizational development for many years. However, we are not aware of any systematic work that associates these values with Integrity, Trust, and Ethical behavior. We are beginning that work now and invite your participation.

We are conducting a four-question survey that deals with values you associate with Integrity, Trust, and Ethical behavior. The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and we would very much appreciate your help.

In return, we promise to provide a detailed report of our findings as soon as we receive sufficient responses. Please send this request to any adult you know who might also want to support this effort. We need a large turnout and as always, very much appreciate your participation.
